So, you have scheduled a fantastic retreat to uplift, enlighten and empower your guests. What do you do to nourish their physical bodies? Call Melange! We will lovingly create, personally cater and serve unique menus for your, retreat, private training or gallery opening. Leave the work to us! Breakfast, Lunch, Snack, Dinner...we will create as many meals as you like for your retreat and special gathering.
Each menu is unique and prices vary.

Personal Chef Services
Jeanine will do your weekly grocery shopping, and pre- prepare healthy hearty meals for the week so that you can come home, pop the meals in the oven and have a fantastic homemade meal any day of the week!
Starting at $450.00 (prices includes grocery shopping, menu planning, and preparation)
Private Kitchen Counseling & Pantry Planning
Are you intimidated, lost and perhaps a little afraid in the kitchen? Cooking does not need to be a scary experience. If you have the correct tools and organization you can make the magic happen on your own! Let us teach you how to take care of business in the kitchen in an easy 3 step process!
STEP ONE: Assessment
We will come in and assess your pantry. Knives, pots, pans, cooking utensils etc..and after taking a complete inventory, she will tell you what you can keep, what to get rid of and what you need to buy, Jeanine will share the best places to buy kitchen supplies for a your unique tastes.
We'll also discuss what types of meals you envision yourself preparing. Do you have healthe concerns? Are you on a budget? We will work out the best strategy to get you cooking on your own in no time!
$40.00 per hour
STEP TWO: Shopping
Shopping for food can be overwhelming, frustrating and time consuming. We'll share the best places to shop in your neighborhood and the best prices on produce in the city. Jeanine will take you on a food shopping adventure and teach you how to find the most scrumptious vegetables and fruit.
It's a fun and easy way to learn how to navigate thru the confusing world that is the Grocery Store.
$150 for first 2 hours
$20 per hour each additional hour
STEP THREE: Cooking
You’ll have your own private cooking lesson. Jeanine will personally teach you her favorite strategies for menu planning, shop for food with you and cook with you in your own kitchen. Oven and knife safety instruction are included in this lesson as well.
4 hour minimum $495 Flat Rate
Complete package includes (Step 1, 2 and 3) and a mini session on baking (we’ll bake cookies) and simple desert tactics $850.00
